Cancellation Policy
- Guests are kindly requested to complete their balance payment prior to the start of the yacht charter. To avoid cancellation charges, we require a minimum notice period of 72 hours before the scheduled charter time.
- If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total booking value will be applicable. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the charter, or in the case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Please note that the yacht captain reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or safety concerns. In such cases, we prioritize the safety of our guests and crew above all.
- If a charter is canceled by us due to weather conditions, guests will be offered the option to either reschedule their charter for another available date or receive a full refund of their deposit amount.
Refund Policy
- For cancellations caused by technical issues or operational constraints on our side, guests are entitled to a full refund of their deposit amount.
- For bookings made through our website’s payment gateway, please note that online refunds typically take between 5 to 7 working days to be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All refunds and rescheduling requests must be formally communicated via email or through our customer service helpline to ensure proper processing.
