▪ Guests are requested to settle their balance payment before the commencement of the yacht charter.

▪ We require at least 72 hours prior notice for any cancellations

▪ Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

▪ Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.

▪ 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.

▪ The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter in case of adverse weather conditions.

▪ In the event of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit.

▪ In the event of cancellations due to technical reasons, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit.
